It was insanely hot today, but I spent the afternoon in the lovely (by which I mean "air conditioned") National Museum of Natural History in the company of two fabulous new friends. I met up with E. Today I went out for a Washingtonian adventure! :) Since I moved here, I've only been to the places I'd already been on previous trips to the city (pretty much the only new place I went to last year was the MLK library and a couple Borders). I didn't get much actual work done at work today since lunch lasted almost two hours. Which means I only get paid for 3.25 hours, but it was totally worth it.
